Description
Stainless steel 304 round bar is composed of austenitic stainless steel with a composition of 18% chromium and 8% nickel. This is the most used grade of any stainless steel in the world. This round bar is strong, temperature and corrosion resistant and is used in a variety of industries. Stainless steel 304 round bar also has manganese, carbon, silicon, sulfur, nitrogen and phosphorus in its composition. The material is strong, typically having a minimum yield strength of 205 MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 515 MPa.
