Precautions for installation of seamless stainless steel pipes
1. Design according to the trench soil quality, groundwater, slotted section, load conditions and other factors, requiring firmness and reliability, preventing collapse, and supporting not obstructing the downpipe and stabilizing the pipe.
2. Supporting piers should be provided at the turning point of the T-shaped joint pipeline in the vertical or horizontal direction. The size of buttress should be determined by calculation based on factors such as pipe diameter, rotation angle, and working pressure.
3. After the pipeline is installed and the pressure test is qualified, it is better to rinse with low-chloride water and disinfect with 0.03% potassium permanganate.
4. The outer anti-corrosion coating of stainless steel should be galvanized and epoxy asphalt coating or a coating with higher requirements according to the soil condition of the pipe laying site.
5. As long as it is a stainless steel wire for socket connection, buttresses must be calculated.
6. When transporting drinking water, the pipeline should not pass through the poisonous polluted area, and protective measures should be taken when passing through it.
